We need to choose joy in all things we do, and keep God first and find an attitude of gratitude! A true remedy to stress is prayer! To find joy in the Lord, we must yield to His presence. Psalm 86:4 Rejoice the soul of thy servant: for unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul.
Think of three things you are thankful for: These are my 3 for today! 1: God 2: husband who takes care of us! 3: 6 children and 7 grandchildren!
It seems like we can at least find 3 things to be thankful for! So lets live in gratitude or thankfulness!
How about making a journal and filling it with things you are thankful for!! It’s kind of hard to be stressed and without joy when your writing out every day something you have to be thankful for, let”s start out with 3 things everyday we are thankful for and go from there, and if you really can’t find anything that day then write down 3 of your biggest problems and then thank God for them!!
